格隆匯6月19日丨港口板塊異動拉昇,廣州港拉昇觸板,珠海港、廈門港務、連雲港、大連港等跟漲。國家發改委、國家能源局近日下發《關於做好2020年能源安全保障工作的指導意見》,要求據積極推進能源通道建設,增加鐵路煤炭運輸,提升港口中轉能力。積極推動入港鐵路專用線及支線擴能改造,加大鐵路運力調配,系統提升港口的鐵路集疏運能力和堆存能力,提高南方煤炭接卸集約化專業化水平。大力推進碼頭岸電設施、船舶受電設施建設改造,鼓勵對使用岸電的船舶實施優先靠泊優先通行等措施,着力提升岸電使用率,推進港口綠色發展。
