傳三星拒絕華為芯片代工訂單 華為手機生產或遇阻
據韓國《中央日報》報道,市傳華為向三星電子發出代工智能手機程序處理芯片的訂單,但遭到三星拒絕。華為自主研發出把智能手機程序處理芯片和5G通信模塊集成為一體的集成芯片(SoC),此前一直委托台積電代工生產,但近期台積電以美國制裁為由拒絕接受來自華為的新訂單,於是華為才會向三星提出代工供貨要求。
如果不能委托台積電和三星電子進行代加工,華為就無法在智能手機上搭載自主研發的麒麟芯片。華為旗下設有專門設計半導體芯片的海思半導體公司,中國大陸也有專業的芯片製造企業中芯國際(00981.HK)等。但是,製造耗電低且性能卓越的麒麟芯片,需要7納米工程技術,而目前具備這一技術的只有台積電和三星電子,中芯國際的工藝水平還停留在14納米。
