中國金融國際(00721.HK):擬增資6000萬元參與收購不良資產
格隆匯 6 月 18日丨中國金融國際(00721.HK)宣佈,於2020年6月18日,公司全資附屬公司科逸(上海)與張祖豪訂立增資協議,以增加目標公司遼源市晗誠經貿有限責任公司的註冊資本。
根據增資協議,科逸(上海)及張祖豪已同意就增資分別以現金向目標公司注入人民幣6000萬元及人民幣1.35億元。於增資後,目標公司的股權將由科逸(上海)及張祖豪分別擁有30%及70%。
據悉,目標公司為於中國成立的新公司,並已透過拍賣收購於中國吉林的不良資產("不良資產")。不良資產包括土地使用權、建築物及設施、製造廠房及設備、汽車及存貨等。不良資產拍賣價約為人民幣1.97億元,初步估值約為人民幣7.90億元。目標公司旨在將不良資產項下的資產及/或權利轉售予客户,以釋放其價值及銷售溢利。
