莎莎(00178.HK):今年已有13間店續租 減租最多5成以上
莎莎國際(00178.HK)主席兼行政總裁郭少明在網上業績發布會上表示,相信2至3月份是最差的情況,在放寬限聚令後看到市面的人流增加,銷售按月有回升,但只局限於本地客人。他希望零售市況已見底,若再有另一輪疫情爆發會更難捱。
他又指,今年有37間店舖要續租,現時有6間店舖已續長約,平均減租4成。另外,有7間以短期3至6個月的租約續租,獲減租50%以上。至目前為止,已有4間店關閉,都是遊客區的店舖。
他估計今年的關店數目不少於10間,有見遊客區的生意在短期內不會很快復甦,因此要租金十分吸引才會繼續經營下去,遊客區的租金減幅最少要有60%以上。
