民豐特紙(600235.SH):將放棄增資杭州嘉豐的認繳出資權
格隆匯6月14日丨民豐特紙(600235.SH)公佈,四川良布新材料科技有限公司(“四川良布”)及何忠擬分別以人民幣72萬元和28萬元對由公司控股並由該三方共同投資設立的杭州嘉豐新材料科技有限公司(“杭州嘉豐”)實施增資。
根據公司自身業務發展規劃,公司將放棄此次增資杭州嘉豐的認繳出資權。此次增資完成後,四川良布及何忠將分別持有杭州嘉豐50%和16%的股權,公司持有杭州嘉豐的股權比例由增資前的51%減少至增資後的34%,杭州嘉豐將不再是公司的控股子公司。
