特力A(000025.SZ):全資子公司擬向農業銀行深圳國貿支行申請1.12億元併購貸款
格隆匯6月11日丨特力A(000025.SZ)公佈,公司召開九屆董事會第十五次臨時會議,審議通過關於全資子公司向中國農業銀行深圳國貿支行申請人民幣1.12億元併購貸款的議案。
深圳市汽車工業貿易有限公司(“汽車工貿”)為公司全資子公司,持有深圳東風汽車有限公司(以下稱“深圳東風”)25%股份,現擬參與深圳東風汽車有限公司50%股權轉讓的競拍。為籌措併購資金,汽車工貿擬向中國農業銀行深圳國貿支行申請人民幣1.12億元的併購貸款,貸款期限:5年(60個月)。
