鼎億集團投資(00508.HK)就股價下跌及成交量上升聲明,上交易日(10日),主席兼主要股東李光煜共約2.63億股持股,因若干證券經紀進行部分股權質押及/或孖展融資於聯交所被強制出售。因此,李氏於公司持股由約53.27%降至49.68%,涉及36.55億股股份,其中約24.31億股須就合共9,240萬元借款受若干證券經紀之股權質押或孖展融資所限。
該股上日收報0.038元,下跌0.137元,跌幅78.29%;成交5.27億股。
