貓眼娛樂公告董事變更，委任程武為非執行董事
格隆匯APP獲悉，貓眼娛樂(01896.HK)於6月8日發佈公告，委任程武先生為公司非執行董事，委任劉琳女士為獨立非執行董事 ，2020年6月9日生效。
程武先生現任騰訊集團副總裁、閲文集團首席執行官兼騰訊影業首席執行官。公告顯示，自2013年3月起，程武先生擔任騰訊副總裁，並自2015年9月起擔任騰訊影業首席執行官。他全面負責騰訊影業、騰訊動漫及騰訊電競的戰略規劃和日常運營工作，並負責騰訊集團市場及公關團隊的管理。多年以來，在騰訊集團的支持下，他通過對“新文創戰略”的倡導和推進，為騰訊在系統性IP價值構建等方面的業務成長做出了重要貢獻。2020年4月起，程武先生擔任閲文集團CEO和執行董事，推動閲文更緊密接入騰訊新文創大生態，在文學、影視、動漫、遊戲等內容業務更深度聯動，深入推動IP聯動和新文創內容生態發展。除上述職務外，程武先生還擔任華誼騰訊娛樂有限公司的執行董事兼副主席，該公司也是聯交所主板上市公司。程武先生畢業於清華大學，持有物理學學士學位。他還取得了華盛頓大學奧林商學院EMBA學位。
此次獲任獨立非執行董事的劉琳女士，曾就職於美團點評擔任高級副總裁、就職於騰訊擔任人力資源部總經理及總裁辦管理諮詢部總經理，現均已離任。劉琳女士於2006年12月獲得南開大學經濟學碩士學位。
貓眼娛樂2019年2月在香港聯交所主板上市，同年7月發佈“貓眼全文娛”戰略，推出票務、數據、產品、營銷、資金等五大平台為文娛行業提供全方位服務，各項業務進展顯著。貓眼與其戰略股東騰訊推出的“騰貓聯盟”是兩家公司生態層級的合作，從項目、數據、產品三個方面層層打通，在電影、劇集、音樂、IP合作等多個領域均取得了顯著進展。疫情期間，貓眼加大對數據、產品、營銷等平台的投入，在智能宣發、視頻營銷、MCN等領域均取得了新的突破。據2019年財報顯示，貓眼旗下小程序生態用户已超過3.5億，MCN矩陣粉絲超過3億。
公告同時披露，公司原非執行董事湛煒標、原獨立非執行董事羅振宇已辭任相應職務，於2020年6月9日生效。
