格隆匯6月4日丨萬通地產(600246.SH)公佈,公司第一期員工持股計劃所持公司股票已出售完畢,此次員工持股計劃終止。
截至公告披露日,公司第一期員工持股計劃通過信託計劃所持公司股票約4496.63萬股已通過二級市場集中競價的方式全部出售完畢。根據《萬通地產第一期員工持股計劃管理辦法》第十七條的規定,信託計劃所持資產均為貨幣資金,此次員工持股計劃終止,公司將根據有關規定進行資產清算和分配工作。
