一文讀懂網易二次上市的定價
定價日：6月5日或前後（不遲於6月10日）
網易-S在招股書聲明，在任何情況下，不會將公開發售價定為高於招股書所載的最高公開發售價或國際發售價，即最終的公開發售的定價不會高於126港元。
公開發售價將參考定價日或之前的最後交易日網易在納斯達克的收市價等因素。
若上述時間的美股股價折算後超過126港元，理論上，港股的定價較美股有優勢，但網易-S暗盤和首日的股價走勢，需要參考6月5-10日的美股股價走勢。
若上述時間的美股股價折算後低於126港元，那麼港股的定價可能不會按最高發售價定價。
（注：6月2日，網易-S以每股126港元進行招股，較美股6月1日的收盤價溢價約2%，部分投資者將其解讀為網易-S的香港定價較美股過高，但最終的定價，將按上述兩種情況進行，最終公開發售的定價不會超過126港元。）
週二美股網易再創新高
收盤價折算後幾乎與港股最高發售價持平
網易的每股美國存托股代表25股普通股，週二美股，網易收漲2.78%，報408.65美元，折算成港股，約126.68港元，近乎追平港股的最高發售價，網易隔夜美股盤中最高觸及416.46美元，折算成港股，約129.1港元，相較港股的最高發售價溢價2.46%。

小結：
1.任何情況下，公開發售的定價都不會超過126港元；
2.據招股書，若國配申購十分火爆，國配的定價可能會高於公開發售的價格以及最高發售價126港元；
3.參考阿裡巴巴-SW的二次上市定價，網易-S可能會較定價日美股價格有一定折扣。
