利君股份(002651.SZ)：子公司利君科技與中國電建公司訴訟事項再審
格隆匯5月29日丨利君股份(002651.SZ)公告，成都利君實業股份有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”)全資子公司成都利君科技有限責任公司(以下簡稱“利君科技”或“成都利君公司”)於近日收到北京市高級人民法院〔2020〕京民申2577號《應訴通知書》。
2016年8月，中國電建集團租賃有限公司(以下簡稱“中國電建公司”)以民勤縣明大礦業選煉廠違反《融資租賃合同》約定為由向北京市豐台區人民法院提起訴訟。中國電建集團租賃有限公司與利君科技、民勤縣明大礦業選煉廠於2014年7月28日簽訂《買賣合同》，購買利君科技高壓輥磨機1台，合同金額2068萬元；同時，中國電建集團租賃有限公司與民勤縣明大礦業選煉廠、上海夏洲重工機械有限公司(以下簡稱“夏洲重工公司”)、利君科技簽訂《融資租賃合同》,約定中國電建集團租賃有限公司從上海夏洲重工機械有限公司、利君科技處購買新破碎生產線等設備出租給民勤縣明大礦業選煉廠使用，租賃期為36個月，標的租賃費合計人民幣5341.6065萬元。中國電建集團租賃有限公司請求法院判決解除上述《融資租賃合同》，並請求法院依法判決利君科技履行回購義務，回購價格為2278.1929萬元。
利君科技於近日收到北京市高級人民法院〔2020〕京民申2577號《應訴通知書》。
再審申請人(一審被告、二審再審申請人)上海夏洲重工機械有限公司因與被申請人(一審被告、二審被申請人)利君科技融資租賃合同糾紛一案，不服北京市第二中級人民法院作出的(2019)京02民終13520號民事判決，向北京市高級人民法院申請再審。再審請求：請求北京市高級人民法院依法撤銷北京市豐台區人民法院〔2018〕京0106民初28879號民事判決書、北京市第二中級人民法院〔2019〕京02民終13520號民事判決書，對本案重新申請，駁回被申請人(一審原告、二審被申請人)中國電建集團租賃有限公司對再審申請人的全部一審訴訟請求。
利君科技收到上述《應訴通知書》後已協同律師積極準備應訴，本訴訟事項若有進展情況公司將及時履行信息披露義務。截至本公告日，公司、全資子公司不存在應披露而未披露的其他訴訟、仲裁事項。
