三聯虹普(300384.SZ)：控股子公司簽署1478萬美元瓶級聚酯(PET)-SSP項目合同
格隆匯5月28日丨三聯虹普(300384.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司Polymetrix AG(“Polymetrix”)近期與Pan Asia Saudi Co.Ltd(泛亞沙特能源集團有限公司，“泛亞沙特”)及保利長大工程有限公司(“保利長大”)簽署了《瓶級聚酯(PET)-SSP項目合同》，合同金額1478萬美元，約合1.0582億元人民幣，佔公司2019年度經審計營業收入的12.49%。
廣州泛亞主營瓶級PET切片生產與銷售業務，產品廣泛用於飲料食品、醫藥、化粧品包裝及板材片材等，年產能達30萬噸，是廣東省最大的瓶級PET切片生產企業之一，與百事可樂、康師傅、娃哈哈等海內外著名飲料品牌維持長期戰略伙伴合作關係，產品質量得到廣泛認可。2017年，廣州泛亞為施行一帶一路戰略，成立了泛亞沙特公司，主管石油化工化纖一體化項目的籌建和運營。泛亞沙特石油化工化纖一體化項目選址沙特阿拉伯西南角的吉贊基礎及下游工業城，項目規劃總投資38億美元，打造以PTA、PET、紡絲等為主打產品的石油化工化纖一體化項目，是中沙產能合作首個落地的先鋒和標杆項目，是沙特“2030”願景和中國“一帶一路”戰略重點項目，是“一帶一路”戰略輸出“標準、技術、設備、產品”的樣板工程。
保利長大由保利集團和廣東省交通集團合資設立，是保利集團2019年為佈局國家“一帶一路”倡議設立的全新控股子公司。國家“一帶一路”倡議的實施，為中國企業參與海外基礎設施建設提供了重要的窗口期，也為保利集團與廣東交通集團的深化合作提供了廣泛的海外市場，央企和省屬企業的強強聯合，將更加有效推進“一帶一路”基礎設施項目建設。
此次Polymetrix與泛亞沙特和保利長大簽署的瓶級聚酯(PET)-SSP項目，是泛亞沙特石油化工化纖一體化項目中的一部分，旨在建成中東地區最大的聚酯瓶片工廠，也是Polymetrix在中國以外建造的最大PET-SSP工廠。泛亞沙特石油化工化纖一體化項目作為中沙產能合作首個落地的先鋒和標杆項目，主要利用沙特豐富的石油資源優勢，以PTA/PET為核心，生產非纖維用聚酯切片及發展其下游產業。如本聚酯瓶片項目成功實施，將為公司及Polymetrix後續跟隨“一帶一路”沿線建設帶來更大發展機會。
該合同金額1478萬美元，約合1.0582億元人民幣，佔公司2019年度經審計營業收入的12.49%，合同成功實施將對公司未來1-2年的業績產生積極影響。
