地政總署公布,一幅位於香港鴨(月利)洲鴨(月利)洲海旁道的鴨(月利)洲內地段第137號的用地,以13.33億元批予大昌集團(00088.HK)旗下韻達發展有限公司,中標價高於預期中位數(市場估值介乎7.69億元至16億元),按最高可建住宅樓面計,樓面呎價約15,097.25元,批租期為五十年。
該地皮於上周五(22日)截標,合共收到19份標書。
地盤佔地約12,150平方呎,最高可建住宅樓面88,281平方呎,而商業用途的樓面面積則按照賣地條件中的相關條件計算,每降低1呎住宅樓面,可換取約1.9呎的商業樓面。(su/u)
