中科三環(000970.SZ)：下屬企業收到《寧波市人民政府關於北侖區寧波科寧達日豐磁材有限公司“1·26”較大窒息死亡事故調查報告的批覆》
格隆匯5月27日丨中科三環(000970.SZ)公佈，寧波科寧達日豐磁材有限公司(“科寧達日豐公司”)為公司全資子公司寧波科寧達工業有限公司的全資子公司。
2020年5月27日，寧波科寧達日豐磁材有限公司收到《寧波市人民政府關於北侖區寧波科寧達日豐磁材有限公司“1·26”較大窒息死亡事故調查報告的批復》，現將事故情況公告如下：
事故相關情況：科寧達日豐公司春節停產期間溶煉爐氬氣管道手動閥未關閉，同時氣動控制閥處於開啟狀態，導致氬氣泄漏進入溶解爐地坑並大量集聚。
2020年1月25日，員工朱某某值班期間進入地坑，吸入氬氣窒息死亡。1月26日，醫務人員王某某進入地坑底部瞭解朱某某情況，員工陳某某進入地坑實施救援，兩人均吸入氬氣窒息死亡。
本次事故共造成3人死亡，是一起較大的生產安全責任事故。
整改措施：科寧達日豐公司深刻汲取事故教訓，舉一反三，認真履行企業安全生產主體責任，建立健全、有效運行安全生產責任體系。嚴格執行安全生產規章制度、操作規程，加強安全生產管理。認真開展安全生產教育培訓，切實增強員工的安全生產意識和操作技能。深入開展風險辨識和隱患排查治理，及時消除安全生產隱患。加強有限空間作業安全管理，嚴格執行作業審批制度，落實“先通風、再檢測、後作業”的程序和各項安全防護措施，防止違章冒險作業和盲目施救。
公司對本次事故中的罹難人員表示沉痛哀悼，對其家屬表示深切慰問。
根據事實情況，公司判斷：本事項沒有觸及《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》第13.2.1條第（七）項至第（九）項及《上市公司重大違法強制退市實施辦法》第二條、第四條、第五條規定的重大違法強制退市的情形。
截至目前，科寧達日豐公司及中科三環的生產經營基本沒有受到本次事故的影響。
公司將從本次事故中認真吸取教訓，加強公司及下屬各子公司的安全生產管理工作，健全完善各項安全生產管理制度，定期和不定期開展全面安全生產大檢查，嚴查各類違規違章行為，嚴格落實各項安全防範措施和責任，確保公司安全生產形勢持續穩定，防止類似事故再次發生。
