截至本公告發布之日，王雅軍共持有本公司股份90萬股，佔公司總股本的0.20%。累計質押股份數為90萬股,佔其所持公司股份總數的100%，佔公司總股本的0.20%；累計被凍結股份數為90萬股，佔其所持公司股份總數的100%，佔公司總股本的0.20%。
截至本公告發布之日，蘇州錦融投資有限公司共持有本公司股份4635.75萬股，佔公司總股本的10.38%。累計質押股份數為4634.955萬股,佔其所持公司股份總數的99.98%，佔公司總股本的10.37%；累計被凍結股份數為4635.75萬股，佔其所持公司股份總數的100%，佔公司總股本的10.38%；累計被輪候凍結股份數為4635.75萬股，佔其所持公司股份總數的100%，佔公司總股本的10.38%。蘇州錦融投資有限公司所持本公司股份先後被廣東省廣州市中級人民法院、江蘇省蘇州市中級人民法院進行了司法凍結或輪候凍結。
截至本公告發布之日，南通錦融投資中心(有限合夥)共持有本公司股份972.9703萬股，佔公司總股本的2.18%。累計質押股份數為972.9703萬股,佔其所持公司股份總數的100%，佔公司總股本的2.18%；累計被凍結股份數為972.9703萬股，佔其所持公司股份總數的100%，佔公司總股本的2.18%。南通錦融投資中心(有限合夥)所持本公司股份先後被廣東省廣州市中級人民法院、江蘇省蘇州市中級人民法院進行了司法凍結或輪候凍結。
截至本公告發布之日，曾卓先生共持有本公司股份3697.9914萬股，佔公司總股本的8.28%。累計質押股份數為3685.5萬股,佔其所持公司股份總數的99.66%，佔公司總股本的8.25%；累計被凍結股份數為3697.9914萬股，佔其所持公司股份總數的100%，佔公司總股本的8.28%。曾卓先生所持本公司股份先後被廣東省廣州市中級人民法院、廣東省中山市中級人民法院、江蘇省蘇州市中級人民法院進行了司法凍結或輪候凍結。
