三星醫療(601567.SH)：取得撫州醫學院(籌)舉辦權 擬投資不少於8.25億元建撫州醫學院(籌)
格隆匯5月19日丨三星醫療(601567.SH)公佈，公司於2020年2月6日召開第四屆董事會第二十五次會議審議通過了《關於子公司擬參與舉辦撫州醫學院(籌)的議案》，同意公司作為參與方通過公開競爭獲得撫州醫學院(籌)的舉辦權。經過招商方對投資候選人綜合評審，最終公司全資子公司寧波奧克斯醫學教育投資管理有限公司取得撫州醫學院(籌)的舉辦權。
公司於2020年5月18日召開了第四屆董事會第二十八次會議，審議通過了《關於簽訂南昌大學撫州醫學院辦學改制合作協議的議案》。公司與撫州市人民政府(“甲方”)簽訂了《關於南昌大學撫州醫學院辦學改制(籌建撫州醫學院)合作協議》。協議約定由公司全資子公司醫學教育投資管理有限公司投資不少於8.25億元建設撫州醫學院(籌)，力爭在2023年，將撫州醫學院(籌)建設成為非營利性民辦本科院校，努力創建在全國同類高校中有良好聲譽和辦學實力的學校，推動學校實現新發展、新突破和新跨越。撫州醫學院(籌)建本成功後將更名為撫州醫學院(暫定名)。
目前國內醫療人才相對緊缺，醫學院作為醫學資源的載體，公司本次舉辦醫學院校，有利於醫教結合，在為國家培養各類醫療人才的同時，公司將定向培養符合公司醫療產業發展領域的醫療人才，促進公司醫療產業發展；投資醫學院是公司醫療發展戰略的核心組成部分，醫學院將在人才引進、科研合作等方面給予醫院極大的支撐，將極大促進公司醫療產業的發展。
同時，在符合撫州醫學院相關制度(如招投標制度)前提下，公司將通過合法合規的方式為撫州醫學院(籌)提供包括但不限於後勤管理、教學設備、物資供應、管理諮詢、IT建設、融資租賃等方式，以獲取相應收益。
公司此次投資非營利性醫學院，雖短期不能取得盈利分紅，但高等教育類資產經營風險小，且標的本身經營情況良好，未來存在較好的盈利能力和升值空間。
