精倫電子(600355.SH)2019年度業績盈轉虧至6764.41萬元
格隆匯5月19日丨精倫電子(600355.SH)發佈2019年年度報告,實現營業收入3.03億元,同比下降23.94%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損6764.41萬元,上年度為淨利潤1101.16萬元;基本每股虧損0.14元。
根據公司實際情況,董事會建議2019年度不進行利潤分配,也不進行資本公積金轉增股本。
2019年公司的主營業務為:智能控制產品、商用終端產品和智能互聯產品的開發、銷售和運營。
虧損的主要原因有以下主要因素:1、受行業經濟下行影響,公司銷售收入較上一報告期減少9400萬元左右,同比下降接近25%;2、公司本期新產品科研費投入較上期增加2800萬元;3、由於產品更新換代、技術升級所導致的存貨跌價準備新增計提1100萬元左右。
