兑吧(01753.HK)單日大漲34% 股權激勵有望持續激發公司活力
5月18日，兑吧(01753.HK)單日放量大漲34%，躋身當天港股主板漲幅top3。查閲公司近期披露的系列信息獲悉，公司自4月至今管理層和員工持股平台動作頻頻，彰顯對公司長遠價值的信心。
增持和鎖定雙管齊下
聯交所公開信息顯示，4月期間兑吧兩個員工持股平台分別增持兑吧305,2400股股份，並公告用於未來員工激勵。在5月8日和11日兩天，兑吧兩個員工持股平台分別向公司激勵對象分配轉讓了237,5750股和3146,4446股兑吧股份，這些都是員工已行權的股份。這也是兑吧上市後第一次進行員工激勵股權的分配轉讓，每個激勵對象的證券賬户上獲得了行權股份，真正實現共創共享。
兩個員工持股平台在分配轉讓股份給激勵對象之前，股份均由創始人、控股股東陳曉亮代持，因此上述員工持股平台發生增持和分配轉讓都體現為陳曉亮擁有投票權的股份相應減少，但這並不是發生了控股股東減持，僅僅是發生了員工激勵股權分配轉讓給員工。
除此之外，以控股股東為代表的兑吧管理層還於4月初公告承諾延長各自名下股份的禁售期。兑吧控股股東陳曉亮承諾禁售期延長至上市後3年，該承諾對應是由Xiaoliang Holding Limited持有Limited持 有454,552,000股， 約佔兑吧42.19%。管理層承諾禁售期延長至上市後2年，該承諾對應由兩個員工持股平台持有57,370,000股，佔兑吧股份的5.33%。
員工股權激勵利好公司長期發展
公司員工的積極性，是促進公司的長遠發展的重要因素，因此員工持股激勵政策一直是上市公司促進公司發展的重要手段之一。橫向看國內外資本市場的標杆性企業，員工股權激勵伴隨着公司重要發展階段，持續為激發企業活力發揮重要作用。
