通潤裝備(002150.SZ)：擬在泰國投資設立子公司
格隆匯5月18日丨通潤裝備(002150.SZ)公佈，根據2020年2月20日公司第六屆董事會第十次會議審議通過的《關於在泰國投資設立子公司的議案》，此次對泰國投資方案進行了細化，公司擬通過全資子公司常熟通潤裝備發展有限公司(“常熟通潤”)在蘇州工業園區投資設立蘇州通潤智能裝備發展有限公司(公司名稱暫定，最終以工商部門核准為準，“蘇州通潤”)作為投資主體，與泰國公司AEK SUWAN INDUSTRYCO., LTD.，以及三位泰國籍自然人 MR. WANCHAI EKRAKSASILPCHAI、MRS.AURAPHAN NUMCHUANCHAI、MISS. PATCHARAT CHAIYAKITTIRATTANA共同出資1900萬美元，擬在泰國設立控股子公司TONGRUN EQUIPMENTDEVELOPMENT (THAILAND) CO.,LTD.(中文名稱：通潤裝備發展(泰國)有限公司)(暫定名，最終名稱以泰國工商註冊機構核准為準，“合資公司”)，其中蘇州通潤出資969萬美元，佔註冊資本51%。
通潤裝備發展(泰國)有限公司經營範圍：智能裝備、機電裝備、金屬工具箱櫃、傢俱、鈑金製品等產品的技術研發、生產與銷售，從事貨物及技術進出口業務。
擬在蘇州設立子公司為蘇州通潤智能裝備發展有限公司，經營範圍：智能裝備、機電裝備、金屬製品的科技研發及技術轉讓、技術諮詢服務，從事貨物及技術進出口業務，但國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品及技術除外。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
公司此次投資泰國建立海外製造基地，主要為了更好地開拓國際市場，增強工具箱櫃產品的競爭力，同時通過投資設立泰國子公司有助於公司應對未來的貿易風險。此次境外投資選擇與泰方共同投資主要是有利於整合泰方資源進一步開拓海外市場，降低投資風險。
