李小加:中美關係緊張 料有更多中資公司來港上市
港交所(00388.HK)行政總裁李小加接受外國傳媒訪問時表示,疫情下中國內地及香港比西方國家更快重開,意味全球經濟復甦很可能從亞洲開始。隨著中國經濟走出疫情困擾,中資公司將繼續來香港上市,而隨著中資公司在美國面臨新的壓力,香港可能成為更具吸引力的上市選擇。短期而言,無論出於任何原因,香港歡迎到遭美國拒絕上市的中國企業來港上市,惟不鼓勵企業管治差的公司來香港掛牌。
近日疫情令中美緊張關係升溫,隨著中美之間的距離越來越遠,香港作為橋樑的作用將更加重要。
