迪威迅(300167.SZ)收到法院寄出的財產保全情況告知書
格隆匯5月14日丨迪威迅(300167.SZ)公佈，公司及子公司中視迪威激光顯示技術有限公司(“中視迪威”)收到綿陽仲裁委員會的仲裁通知。綿陽威盛創新創業股權投資基金(有限合夥)(“綿陽威盛”)向綿陽仲裁委員會申請仲裁，主要訴求為被申請人履行回購義務，支付股權受讓款2500萬元及利息。
2020年5月14日，公司收到四川省綿陽涪城區人民法院寄出的《財產保全情況告知書》，綿陽威盛因股權回購事項對公司提起仲裁，仲裁事項涉及了財產保全程序，進而對公司部分資產進行了凍結。
根據公司披露的2019年年報，經過會計師審計，公司將回購義務確認為一項以公允價值計量且其變動計入當期損益的衍生金融負債，對2015年至2018年財務報表追溯調整，分別調減當年歸母淨利潤59.23萬元、383.72萬元、903.14萬元、1732.77萬元，回購義務對2019年歸母淨利潤的影響額為-110.51萬元。
仲裁事項涉及的資產凍結情況：
第一、銀行存款被凍結情況
告知書顯示：公司及子公司中視迪威激光顯示技術有限公司名下部分銀行賬户被凍結，涉及被凍結資金約為2400萬元。
第二、子公司股權被凍結情況
告知書顯示：子公司杭州荊燦建築勞務有限公司的股權被四川省綿陽涪城區人民法院凍結，凍結期限為2020年2月26日至2023年2月25日。子公司深圳市迪威新軟件技術有限公司股權被凍結，凍結期限為2020年4月7日至2023年4月6日。子公司深圳市迪威智成發展有限公司股權被凍結，凍結期限為2020年4月7日至2023年4月6日。
目前，公司正在跟仲裁申請人綿陽威盛積極溝通，力爭達成和解，消除負面影響。該仲裁事項暫未對公司日常經營產生重大影響，公司將密切關注仲裁進展，及時履行信息披露義務。
公司已安排相關人員儘快就上述凍結事項與銀行、法院及有關方做進一步核實，並已委託律師處理相關事宜。公司將會密切關注該事項的進展情況，並根據後續進展情況及相關法律法規的規定及時履行信息披露義務。
