迦南科技(300412.SZ)擬不超5500萬元參與競拍永嘉縣工202006國有建設用地使用權
格隆匯5月11日丨迦南科技(300412.SZ)公佈,為滿足公司温州智能工廠項目產業基地投資建設需要,公司擬參與競拍永嘉縣工202006國有建設用地使用權,作為公司未來項目擴建或新建項目儲備用地。公司擬使用不超過人民幣5500萬元參與此次競拍,地塊最終競得價以所簽訂的土地使用權出讓合同確認的金額為準。為便於實施此次競拍事項,董事會授權公司經營管理層或旗下全資子公司具體辦理此次競拍的相關事宜。
地塊編號:工202006;土地位置:永嘉縣待公開出讓地塊(甌北街道);宗地面積:74,615.68平方米;出讓面積:66,124.84平方米(99.187畝);土地用途:工業用地;出讓年限:40年;掛牌起始價:4,808萬元;競買保證金:962萬元。
公司此次參與競拍土地使用權,主要是作為公司未來項目擴建或新建項目儲備用地,為生產經營提供必要的保障,有利於增強公司持續發展能力。該事項符合公司長遠發展規劃,符合全體股東和公司利益,不會對公司財務狀況及經營業績產生重大影響。
根據公司制定的“固體制劑智能工廠整體解決方案供應商”和佈局大健康的發展戰略,藉助公司在製藥裝備和智能物流領域的資源優勢,加快在温州建設智能工廠產業基地,將有助於公司整合當地社會資源,促進公司製藥裝備和智能物流領域業務協調發展,進一步提升公司的業務規模和持續盈利能力,保障公司健康可持續發展。
依託該產業基地,公司還將繼續強化高端仿製藥固體制劑智能工廠業務、生物製劑創新藥用水設備及製藥配液系統工程業務、智慧物流業務三大業務板塊的核心競爭力,打造配套的數據運行中心;建立滿足國際國內市場需要的智能製藥裝備和智能物流系統的研究與製造能力,形成更為完整的產業鏈,進一步擴大公司業務規模。同時,公司還將通過國家級博士後工作站、國家知識產權示範企業以及內部研發部門的運行機制,匯聚優秀科技領軍人才,打造高端人才培訓基地和製藥裝備、智能物流領域高科技成果研發基地,全面提升公司核心產品的技術水平及綜合競爭力。
