《大行報告》瑞銀降友邦(01299.HK)目標價至83元 料首季新業務價值按固定匯率計跌24%
瑞銀發表報告指,友邦(01299.HK)將於5月15日(本周五)公布今年首季的經營更新,認為市場已於集團股價上反映因新型肺炎疫情爆發帶來的破壞。該行預計,友邦今年首季的新業務價值按固定匯率計下跌24%,主要是友邦香港造成,香港離岸業務佔集團新業務價值20%至25%,但首季香港旅客數字按年下跌超過98%。
不過,瑞銀認為市場忽略了多個催化劑,包括在疫情期間放鬆監管、保障需求提升、數碼化策略,及在中國擴展經紀的力度。
瑞銀維持友邦的「買入」評級,目標價由85元降至83元,以反映最新的新業務價值預測。該行提到,集團新業務價值受損一至兩個季度,對其內含價值及稅後經營利潤的影響有限。
