建銀國際:給予新力控股(2103.HK)優於大市評級,目標價5港元
格隆匯5月8日丨建銀國際7日發佈報告,首次覆蓋新上市的中國50強地產商新力控股(2103.HK),給予該股優於大市的評級,給予5.00港元的目標價,較其資產淨值折讓60%。建銀國際認為公司在江西房地產市場擁有領導者地位,並且在大灣區擁有良好的資產。建銀國際指出,由於截至2019年12月,公司的應占可售資源為1900億人民幣,新力足以在2020年-2022年實現22%的合同銷售複合年增長率。該行還指,新力是一個年輕且不斷髮展的中型開發商,並且預計公司將經歷幾次升級,以改善其基本面。
