港股異動 | 德昌電機控股(0179.HK)跌4% 料財政年度將錄得虧損
格隆匯5月5日丨德昌電機控股(0179.HK)延續近期弱勢,現報12.2港元,跌幅4.09%,最新總市值110.1億港元。公司昨日公告稱,將於5月13日公佈截至2020年3月31日止十二個月的全年業績。在公佈業績公告前,公司預期將記錄一項就商譽及其他無形資產的減值支出約8億美元。減值支出是一項非現金項目,並不會對集團的現金流量、營運、流動資金及債務契約合規造成影響。然而,此項非現金支出將對期內所彙報的盈利帶來顯著影響,因此,集團預期截至2020年3月31日止之財政年度將錄得虧損。
