格隆匯4月29日丨中國石油化工股份(00386.HK)公佈2020年第一季度報告,報告期實現營業收入人民幣5555.02億元(單位下同),同比減少22.6%;歸屬於母公司股東淨虧損197.82億元,同期則盈利147.63億元;歸屬於母公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤204.44億元,同期則盈利143.70億元,基本每股虧損0.163元。
對複雜嚴峻的市場形勢,公司按照"抓主要矛盾、抓系統優化、抓底線防控、抓化危為機"的總體思路,統籌疫情防控和復工復產,發揮一體化優勢,優化生產運行,細化經營安排,調整結構,優化庫存,開拓市場,挖潛降本,最大程度降低疫情和油價暴跌造成的不利影響,總體保持了安全平穩運行。特別是在抗擊新冠肺炎疫情過程中,公司積極履行社會責任,保障油氣穩定供應,增產增供醫衞原料;創新商業模式,便利百姓生活,帶動產業鏈復工復產,為疫情防控貢獻了積極力量。
勘探及開發:在油價大幅下跌的環境下,公司保持高質量勘探力度不減,更加註重效益開發,持續推進降本減費,加快天然氣產供儲銷體系建設。在勘探方面,抓好重點項目組織運行和資源發現突破工作;在原油開發方面,全力推動效益建產,深化老區結構調整;在天然氣開發方面,加大天然氣拓市擴銷力度,推進全產業鏈協同發展。一季度油氣當量產量112.28百萬桶,其中原油產量基本持平。勘探及開發板塊實現經營收益15.18億元。
煉油:面對成品油需求大幅下降、庫存高企、油價暴跌的極端不利局面,公司堅持產銷一體化協調,優化資源配置,跟蹤市場需求優化加工方案,穩步實施低硫船燃項目;統籌境內、境外兩個市場,適度增加成品油出口,保持了煉油裝置的平穩運行。一季度,完成原油加工量5,374萬噸,同比下降13%。煉油板塊經營虧損257.94億元。
營銷和分銷:公司強化市場形勢分析研判,克服市場需求大幅下降的嚴峻挑戰,全力拓市擴銷,加大精準營銷力度,充分挖掘營銷網絡創效潛力,努力提高經營質量;滿足疫情期間市場需求,創新非油商業模式,加強線上線下協同,豐富商品種類和服務內容,既實現了銷售模式的有益探索,又便利了民眾生活。一季度,成品油總經銷量5,368萬噸。營銷及分銷板塊經營虧損15.36億元。
化工:面對化工產品需求和價格大幅下降的不利局面,公司積極統籌資源配置,降低原料成本;優化調整生產方案,加強裝置和產品鏈的動態優化,合理安排裝置負荷和排產;發揮產業優勢,延伸產業鏈,增產醫衞原料,保障市場供應;強化拓市擴銷,為裝置優化調整創造空間。一季度,乙烯產量302.6萬噸,同比基本持平;合成樹脂產量同比增加2.8%;化工產品經營總量1,795萬噸。化工板塊經營虧損15.68億元。
資本支出:公司一季度資本支出人民幣132億元,其中勘探及開發板塊資本支出61億元,主要用於勝利、西北原油產能建設和涪陵、威榮頁巖氣產能建設等;煉油板塊資本支出人民幣24億元,主要用於中科項目投運,鎮海、天津、茂名、北海等煉油結構調整項目建設,低硫船燃項目及配套設施建設,高端碳材料項目建設等;營銷及分銷板塊資本支出26億元,主要用於加油(氣)站、成品油庫及非油品業務等項目建設;化工板塊資本支出21億元,主要用於中科項目投運、鎮海、古雷、中韓乙烯改造、海南乙烯等項目建設。
