遊族網絡(002174.SZ)下修業績快報：2019年淨利降74.58%至2.57億元
格隆匯4月29日丨遊族網絡(002174.SZ)披露2019年度業績快報修正及致歉公告，修正前，報告期內公司實現營業總收入35.16億元，同比降低1.82%；營業利潤5.75億元，同比降低45.20%；利潤總額5.74億元，同比降低45.68%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5.50億元，同比降低45.47%；基本每股收益0.64元。
修正後，報告期內公司實現營業總收入32.21億元，同比降低10.07%；營業利潤1.66億元，同比降低84.18%；利潤總額1.65億元，同比降低84.38%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.57億元，同比降低74.58%；基本每股收益0.30元。此次業績快報與前次業績快報出現差異的原因是：
(1)受到疫情影響，公司部分外地員工返滬復工緩慢；同時，部分國內外合作客商受到疫情影響復工進度受到不同程度影響，導致財務部門業績快報出具時財務信息採集受限進而影響成本確認金額。審計師於3月份開展現場審計之後，發現業績快報預估的主營業務成本與實際存在差異，即刻向審計委員會進行溝通匯報。審計委員會非常重視，根據審慎原則，立即敦促審計師團隊和公司管理層在時限內完成了該項差異的截止性測試工作，並嚴格按照上市公司治理要求真實、完整、公允、及時披露相關信息。經確認，上述差異導致公司營業利潤較前次業績快報測算減少2.76億元。
(2)在期後審計過程中發現個別應收款項及長期股權投資存在減值跡象，公司基於審慎原則評估並作為單項減值計提，經財務部門再次測算，應收賬款單項計提導致公司營業利潤較前次業績快報測算減少了5440.17萬元，長期股權投資單項計提導致公司營業利潤較前次業績快報測算減少了1195.41萬元。
(3)在期後審計過程中發現部分遊戲版權金到期不再續簽，經財務部門再次測算，版權到期計入成本1987.10萬元，該事項導致公司營業利潤較前次業績快報測算減少了1987.10萬元。
公司表示，公司董事會就此次業績快報的修正向廣大投資者致以誠摯歉意。公司將對此次業績快報修正的原因進行認真分析，對公司有關部門及其相關責任人進行責任認定，在日後的工作中進一步加強公司管理。
