格隆匯4月28日丨伊利股份(600887.SH)發佈2019年年度報告,實現營業收入900.09億元,同比增長13.97%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤69.34億元,同比增長7.67%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤62.68億元,同比增長6.64%;基本每股收益1.15元,擬每10股派發現金紅利8.1元(含税)。

報告期,公司液體乳系列產品營業收入比上年增長12.31%,奶粉及奶製品系列產品營業收入比上年增長24.99%,冷飲系列產品營業收入比上年增長12.70%

近年來,公司緊跟消費升級趨勢,積極開發新品類、拓展新業務。報告期,公司新品銷售收入佔比19.4%,較上年同期提高了4.6個百分點。同期,乳礦飲料、奶酪、乳脂、包裝飲用水等業務陸續啟動,其將成為公司新的業績增長點。

報告期,公司堅持“天然、營養、健康”理念,持續提升品牌價值,實施精準營銷,“金典”“安慕希”“暢輕”“金領冠”“巧樂茲”“暢意100%”等重點產品銷售收入同比增長22.3%

公司依託大數據平台,精準定位目標消費人羣,不斷加快重點產品口味、包裝及生產技術的創新升級節奏,提高了消費者滿意度,促進了產品銷售。尼爾森零研數據顯示,報告期金典有機常温液態奶產品零售額市佔份額為45.7%,在對應的細分市場中位居首位。在凱度消費者指數《2019年亞洲品牌足跡報告》中,中國超九成的家庭選擇“伊利”,是中國消費者選擇最多的品牌。

近年來,公司在不斷優化現有渠道服務能力的基礎上,積極拓展社交電商、O2O到家等新零售銷售渠道,捕捉新的業務增長機會。報告期,公司電商業務收入較上年增長49%;同期,尼爾森零研數據顯示,在母嬰渠道,公司的零售額較上年增長27.1%;在便利店渠道,公司常温液態奶業務的零售額市佔份額較上年提高4.2個百分點。

報告期,公司着力構建全新的鄉鎮村業務發展模式,市場滲透率持續提升。凱度調研數據顯示,截至201912月,公司常温液態類乳品的市場滲透率為84.3%,較上年同期提升了1.9百分點。同期,公司所服務的線下液態奶終端網點已達191萬家,比上年同期增長9.1%

公司加快全球優質資源整合步伐,國際化業務穩步發展,通過投資、併購方式,持續推進東南亞市場業務;收購新西蘭Westland Co-Operative Dairy Company Limited,完成了國際化業務階段性佈局。

報告期,公司把握市場機遇,在創新和國際化業務驅動下,繼續保持良好發展勢頭,整體業績穩居行業領導地位,並繼續蟬聯亞洲第一。尼爾森零研數據顯示,公司液態類乳品的零售額市佔份額為32.4%,比上年同期提高了1.2個百分點;嬰幼兒配方奶粉零售額市佔份額為6.0%,比上年同期提高了0.4個百分點。
