格隆匯4月28日丨山東章鼓(002598.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入10.79億元，同比增長14.39%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7514.97萬元，同比下降10.55%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤7262.09萬元，同比下降9.05%；基本每股收益0.2409元；擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利1.9元(含税)。
報告期內，公司實現營業收入10.79億元，與上年同比增加14.39%，2019年度公司訂單延續了2018年的增長勢頭，訂單增長致營業收入相應增長，公司風機、渣漿泵、水處理產品都取得了很好的發展；實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤7514.97萬元，與上年同比減少10.55%，公司因新舊動能轉換，產業轉型升級需要，及時調整優化產品結構，淘汰磨機產品，處理存貨物資，致報告期內利潤下降；報告期利潤來源和利潤構成未發生重大變動。
本報告期公司實現營業成本為7.58億元，與上年同比增加19.85%，原因本報告期營業收入增加及原材物料和人工費增加；銷售費用為1.03億元，與上年同比增加11.92%，原因為廣告宣傳費、維修包裝費、安裝費等增加所致；管理費用為9298.44萬元，與上年同比增加12.72%，原因為薪酬支出、差旅費、安全生產費等增加所致；財務費用為387.89萬元，與上年同比增加282.85萬元，原因為本報告期支付銀行貸款利息增加所致；所得税費用為648.57萬元，與上年同比減少37.84%，原因為本期利潤總額減少所致；研發投入為4,266.24萬元，與上年同比增加12.46%，主要是本報告期公司加大研發投入，提高產品技術含量；經營活動產生的現金流量淨額為6168.60萬元，與上年同比增加78.78%，原因為本報告期銷售商品、提供勞務收到的現金增加所致；投資活動產生的現金流量淨額為-5288.82萬元，與上年同比減少13.11%，主要因本報告期收到其他與投資活動有關的現金減少所致；籌資活動產生的現金流量淨額為-7663.88萬元，與上年同比減少1.83億元，主要因本報告期償還債務支付的現金及分配股利、利潤或償付利息支付的現金增加所致。
