格隆匯4月27日丨北京北辰實業股份(00588.HK)公告,2020年4月27日,公司通過招拍掛方式以總價人民幣10.7億元競得餘姚市四明東路北側、城東路東側地塊的國有建設用地使用權。目前,公司擁有該地塊100%權益。
該地塊位於寧波餘姚市,土地面積為68702平方米(103.053畝),計容建築面積不超過116793.4平方米,規劃用途為城鎮住宅用地,規劃容積率為1.7。
