道道全(002852.SZ)2019年度淨利潤降41.32%至1.29億元 擬10派1元
格隆匯4月26日丨道道全(002852.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入41.17億元，同比增長14.34%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.29億元，同比下降41.32%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1385.29萬元，同比下降85.13%；基本每股收益0.45元，擬每10股派發現金紅利1元(含税)。
營業收入的增長主要受益於公司終端市場的發展、業務規模的增長，利潤總額及歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤的下降主要是因為原材料價格的上漲及公司因戰略佈局加大了品牌宣傳投入。
公司主要產品為包裝食用植物油，包括菜籽油、大豆油、玉米油、葵花油及其調和油等植物油品種，其中以包裝菜籽油類產品為主。公司產品包裝食用植物油共分壓榨油、風味油、純正油、調和油、禮品油和餐飲油等系列，包括壓榨菜籽油、原香菜籽油、醇香菜籽油、濃香菜籽油、純正菜籽油、壓榨玉米油、壓榨葵花籽油、食用植物調和油等規格。
公司“道道全”品牌，是國內食用植物油菜籽油類代表性品牌，已經取得一定市場認可度和品牌美譽度，成為國內食用植物油主要消費品牌之一。
2019年，全球整體食用植物油市場供給充足，但受中美、中加貿易關係影響，油脂油料價格波動較大，全年菜油價格漲幅達20%，豆油價格漲幅達近26%。國內包裝食用植物油需求，依舊保持增長態勢，但整體價格漲幅低於原料油價格漲幅。2019年，公司堅持以菜籽油為主導產品，開發推廣其他品類油品，深耕華中市場，發展西南、華東市場，開發西北、華北與華南市場等區域市場。
繼2018公司投資並控股綿陽菜籽王糧油有限公司後，2019年度，公司分別與茂名濱海新區管理委員會、靖江經濟技術開發區管理委員會簽訂項目合作協議，分別投資10億和12億建設生產基地，以上生產基地的投資建設，有利於擴大公司糧油產能規模，完善產業與產能佈局，進一步提升公司的綜合競爭力。
深耕華中，發展西南、華東市場，開發西北、華北、華南市場等區域市場，是公司近兩年的市場發展戰略規劃。2019年，公司繼續堅持這一市場發展戰略規劃，西南、華東市場仍呈穩步增長趨勢，西北、華北、華南市場開拓亦取得了顯著成效，西北、華北、華南市場現已有區域經銷商140家。截止2019年12月31日，公司經銷商總數已達958家。
