中教控股(00839.HK):不會因疫情退還本學年學費
被問到疫情對學費收入的影響,中教控股(00839.HK)投資者關係總監羅潤瑜表示,本學年學費早於去年開學時已收取,現時約96%課程在現有線上平台授課,教學未有受到太大影響,改為網上教學並未影響每月的攤分入帳,亦不會因疫情退還學費。
內地停課或令下半年住宿費及附加服務收入或有所減少,她稱,將按政府要求退款,但指出各地目前未有確實政策,未知實際安排;該兩項業務現佔收入約6.7%及2%。
她又指,估計政府將推出政策支持教育行業,包括放寬學校來年新招生名額等,相信當局將支持學生繼續升學,以減輕勞動市場壓力。
撇除期後新收購的學校,中期毛利率按年增長2個百分點至59.8%。她表示,新收購學校毛利率料可逐步提升,最終達到現有學校毛利率平均超過50%的水平,未來併購目標依然集中在高等教育,未有考慮進入其他領域。
