海印股份(000861.SZ)與清控科創簽署戰略合作框架協議和友利科技園合作協議
格隆匯4月22日丨海印股份(000861.SZ)公佈，公司(甲方)於2020年4月22日與清控科創(廣州)實業有限公司(“清控科創”，乙方)簽署《戰略合作框架協議》和《友利科技園合作協議》。協議雙方本着創新協同、合作共贏的基本原則，通過戰略合作，實現優勢互補、資源共享，進一步拓展市場，共同發展。
《戰略合作框架協議》合作內容為：(1)甲、乙雙方皆承認對方為自己的戰略合作伙伴，彼此在可以在媒體進行品牌宣傳及使用雙方的LOGO組合或文字鏈接。(2)甲、乙雙方可共同拓展新增項目，並在推進過程中可根據各自優勢，共同參與項目的可行性研判、商務談判、資金籌措及投資與退出模式設計等。(3)甲、乙雙方在具體項目合作過程中，甲方負責項目的工程建設或整改，乙方負責配合項目產業導入方案設計、產業規劃設計與定位、產業招商、政府政策資源協調及產業運營管理等。(4)甲、乙雙方還將在品牌推廣與管理模式、人才培訓交流、專業研究等方面進行重點交流與合作。
友利科技園合作協議：合作標的為甲、乙雙方同意以甲方屬下海印友利電商科技園(“友利科技園”)為試點合作項目。友利科技園項目位於廣州市番禺區光明南路，項目佔地面積19680.5平方米、建築面積55939.9平方米。未來，以此合作項目為模板，選擇甲方合適的其他存量或增量項目進行快速複製。
合作內容為：甲方引入乙方作為友利科技園的產業運營管理方，對友利科技園進行產業賦能、品牌賦能、資源賦能、管理賦能、金融賦能等。乙方作為產業運營管理方通過其自身專業能力及強大的產業資源優勢，對友利科技園區進行重新策劃定位和產業規劃，整合導入適合園區產業提升的清華系及有關產業企業資源，同時打造創新創業服務體系，梳理接通項目所在各級政府科技創新支持政策，配套產業基金，為園區中小科技企業發展提供產業引導與孵化等。
公司此次與清控科創的戰略合作，符合公司整體發展戰略規劃。公司將憑藉自身商業物業的區域優勢並充分利用清控科創的產業創新能力、資源整合能力及其在科技園區建設、運營、服務等領域的豐富經驗，通過整合雙方有效的優質資源，持續塑造公司品牌價值，提升公司整體盈利能力及核心競爭力。
