愛爾眼科(300015.SZ)及子公司2020年度擬申請銀行綜合授信不超50億元
格隆匯4月22日丨愛爾眼科(300015.SZ)公佈,為滿足公司日常經營和戰略發展需要,同時,為提高工作效率、及時辦理融資業務,2020年度公司及子公司擬申請銀行綜合授信不超過人民幣50億元(最終以銀行實際審批的授信額度為準),主要用於辦理流動資金貸款、中長期貸款、電子商務承兑匯票等相關業務。在授信有效期限內,授信額度可循環使用。公司董事會授權公司管理層辦理上述綜合授信事項手續並簽署相關法律文件。上述事項自股東大會審議通過之日起十二個月內有效。
