飛鹿股份(300665.SZ)：一季度淨虧損1315.39萬元
格隆匯4月21日丨飛鹿股份(300665.SZ)披露2020年第一季度報告，實現營業總收入2236.1萬元，同比下降63.31%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1315.39萬元，上年同期虧損150.38萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損1317.16萬元，上年同期虧損229.78萬元；基本每股虧損0.1086元。
報告期內，我國爆發新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情，受疫情防控要求，公司延遲復工復產。疫情對公司一季度經營情況存在較大影響，主要是對銷售方面影響較大，下游客户受疫情影響延遲復工且復產進度緩慢，導致公司銷售收入不如預期。採購、生產方面因訂單不足，受疫情直接影響較小。截至目前，公司生產經營活動一切正常，但受到新型冠狀肺炎疫情的影響，公司2020年第一季度業績情況未達預期。公司在報告期內採取各種措施降低公司營運成本，以及加強提升自身軟實力，提高團隊作戰綜合素質，為未來增厚公司業績做足準備，降低疫情對公司全年的影響。
公司主要客户所處的軌道交通行業有季節性特徵，一季度為公司業務淡季，各年同期淨利潤指標均較低，受不可抗力影響時，易出現較大振幅。2020年3月4日，中共中央政治局常務委員會召開會議，明確提出要加快新型基礎設施建設進度，而公司主要客户羣體是面向新型基礎設施建設，受國家政策的指引，公司有較大的市場機遇。雖然疫情對公司一季度業績影響較大，但隨着復工復產進程的加快，公司計劃通過加強營銷力度、擴大營銷深度等多種方式增厚公司業績，減輕疫情對全年影響。
下一步，公司仍將持續市場開拓、加強技術創新放在工作重點位置，不斷提升市場佔有率和研發質量；加強財務與經營業務協同，切實提升財務風險管控水平；繼續加深客户合作，依託自身的技術優勢和產品優勢，積極提升營銷服務能力，提高市場佔有率。總體上，公司經營管理層仍按照制定的年度計劃有序推進，並對完成今年目標充滿信心。
