同德化工(002360.SZ)擬對全資子公司同德資產增加投資1.8億元
格隆匯4月20日丨同德化工(002360.SZ)公佈,為支持全資子公司山西同德資產管理有限責任公司(“同德資產”)的經營發展,公司擬以自有資金對同德資產增加投資1.8億元計入資本公積,作為同德資產的運營資金,此次投資完成後,同德資產的註冊資本仍為2000萬元,公司仍持有其100%的股權。
此次增資主要用於滿足同德資產自身經營和業務開展的需要,為其長期穩定的發展提供有力支撐,有利於推動公司及同德資產業務的發展,符合公司的發展戰略,符合全體股東的利益。
