港股異動 | 中糧肉食放量漲逾12% 獲多家機構唱好
格隆匯4月16日丨中糧肉食(1610.HK)放量持續拉昇,現報2.35港元,漲幅12.44%,最新總市值91.7億港元。廣發證券指,預計2020年生豬供應仍然偏緊,支撐全年豬價。2020-2021年的EPS預測為0.37和0.32人民幣元每股。當前價格對應2020、2021年PE倍數為5.01和5.71倍,維持合理估值為2020年9倍PE,合理價值3.65港元/股,維持“買入”評級。國盛證券指,公司2019年度宣佈派發40%股息,未來承諾只要有盈利,派息率維持在20-70%範圍。在可見的未來,豬價應能維持在中糧肉食成本以上,公司盈利更具穩定性,加上生豬養殖行業中長期持續整合的邏輯,我們認為中糧肉食合理P/E為4倍。預測公司2020-2022年歸母淨利潤分別是26.6/35.2/48.1億人民幣,給予目標市值118.4億港元(目標價3元港元),維持“買入”評級。
