格隆匯4月15日丨雙飛股份(300817.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入5.3億元，同比下降8.41%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6746.14萬元，同比增長0.24%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤5793.93萬元，同比下降17.72%；基本每股收益1.07元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利2.5元(含税)，以資本公積金向全體股東每10股轉增2股。
2019年公司的主要工作包括以下方面：
(一)堅持高標準，鞏固公司行業領先者的地位
公司秉承着“讓ZOB產品遍佈全世界”的願景，與改革創新前行，以卓越追求贏得發展。公司以發展、壯大自主品牌為使命，通過不斷的研究、探索，已經成功配套徐工、三一、中聯重科、龍工、中國重汽、北奔重卡等國內知名廠家多年，在工程機械及重型卡車行業積累了豐富的經驗。在汽車行業應用方面，公司也加快了研發步伐，逐步取代合資品牌，進入了世界知名汽車零部件企業，如ZF,WABCO等。作為國內滑動軸承行業的代表企業，公司將引領國內同行不斷加強研發、設計能力，使中國的滑動軸承趕超國際先進，處於行業領先地位。
(二)持續研發生產投入，促進產業發展
公司堅定實施創新驅動發展戰略，2019年研發的投入達到2721.51萬元，佔營業收入5.14%。公司2019年度主持制定併發布1項國家標準，參與制定併發布1項國家標準，申報了6項省級新產品並通過驗收。截至2019年12月31日，公司擁有有效授權專利46項，其中國內發明專利6項、實用新型專利40項。公司在複合材料開發方面積極探索，在國內同行業中形成了一定的複合材料開發優勢。
(三)推進管理提升，打造高質量品牌
在質量管理方面，管理層對於公司年度質量總目標層層分解，並分步驟加以落實，完善IATF16949質量體系和ISO9001質量體系，通過開展質量信得過班組、質量信得過員工、QCC技術攻關、6S管理等活動，產品質量穩定提高，也提升了客户滿意度。在安全生產方面，公司積極按照國家安全標準化要求，嚴格執行國家安全標準，加強安全生產和管理，全年未發生重大安全生產事故。在綠色製造方面，公司積極開展職業健康安全體系和能源管理體系貫標認證工作。2019年，公司獲得了國家級綠色工廠、浙江出口名牌、嘉善縣工業經濟高質量發展貢獻獎、嘉善縣科技創新工作突出貢獻企業、嘉善縣科技創新先進團隊等榮譽。
(四)完善人才建設，夯實持續發展的基礎
公司通過逐步完善培養、培訓機制，實現全員能力提升，擴大了後備幹部的隊伍；完善人才的激勵機制，增強了對人才的吸引力，提升了現有核心人才隊伍的穩定性，為公司持續健康發展奠定了良好的基礎。
