*ST赫美(002356.SZ)業績快報：2019年淨虧損18.46億元
格隆匯4月14日丨*ST赫美(002356.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告修正及業績快報，實現營業總收入8.17億元，同比下降57.37%；營業利潤-19.43億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損18.46億元，上年同期虧損16.15億元；基本每股虧損3.4980元。
1、報告期內，公司資金緊張，各業務板塊營運資金不足。商業板塊新貨採購及新店開店計劃受限，只能以原有門店維持商業板塊的持續運營；高端製造板塊訂單量大幅下降，業務規模大幅收縮；類金融板塊調整經營戰略，全面轉為催收。受此影響，公司營業收入較上年同期出現較大幅度下降，實現營業收入8.17億元。
2、公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-18.46億元，較上年同期下降14.33%，主要原因為：(1)公司類金融板塊因不良貸款增加，計提了大額貸款減值準備及風險準備金；(2)公司對已逾期存在較大收回風險的應收賬款和其他應收款進行信用風險單獨評估計提了壞賬準備；(3)部分子公司由於連續虧損，同時受目前宏觀經濟環境影響，基於謹慎性原則，依據公司的經營情況及未來經營預測，轉回前期確認的遞延所得税資產。
3、報告期末，公司總資產24.21億元，較期初下降44.20%，歸屬於上市公司股東的所有者權益-16.93億元，較期初下降1202.69%，主要系本報告期經營虧損造成。
公司於2020年1月23日披露的2019年度業績預告中預計：公司2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤變動區間為-15億元至-10億元。此次業績快報公告中歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-18.46億元，與公司2019年度業績預告存在較大差異。主要原因為公司補計提壞賬準備，公司根據宏觀經濟環境及相關方和自身的實際情況，基於謹慎性原則，對已逾期存在較大收回風險的應收賬款和其他應收款進行信用風險單獨評估，計提了壞賬準備。
