通用电气透过发债赎回旧债 旗下油服商贝克休斯录150亿美元减值
通用电气宣布发债以赎回2024年前到期债券,并从出售BioPharma业务所得200亿美元抽取部分资金,向子公司通用电气资本偿还60亿美元贷款。通用电气资本首季已就到期债券支付47亿美元。通用电气上周表示,首季度经调整溢利将显着低於预期。
另外,通用电气旗下油服商贝克休斯(Baker Hughes)将录得150亿美元减值及15亿美元重组支出。减值主要涉及油价下跌。公司计划今年削减两成资本开支,截至去年底手上现金及现金等值物总计30亿美元。
