維爾利(300190.SZ)聯合體簽訂上海市閔行區馬橋再生資源化利用PPP項目合同
格隆匯4月13日丨維爾利(300190.SZ)公佈，近日，公司(聯合體牽頭人)與國投生態環境投資發展有限公司(聯合體成員)、上海建工七建集團有限公司(聯合體成員)組成的聯合體(“聯合體”)與上海市閔行區綠化和市容管理局簽訂了《上海市閔行區馬橋再生資源化利用PPP項目合同》。
甲方：上海市閔行區綠化和市容管理局；乙方：維爾利環保科技集團股份有限公司(聯合體)
項目合作範圍：
自生效日起，由乙方按照合同約定負責項目合作範圍內的新建項目設施的投融資、建設、運營維護和移交工作。
(1)根據項目可行性研究報告(初步設計深度)的批覆(閔發改投審〔2020〕16號)，項目新建項目設施主要為建設一幢半地下式一體化車間、一幢綜合樓，計量門衞間、消防水池及泵房等，同步配置計量系統、垃圾預處理系統、除塵降噪系統、污水處理系統等相關配套設施，處理規模為70萬噸/年。項目總建築面積約28455平方米，其中地上建築面積28235平方米，地下建築面積約220平方米。具體的建設內容以經批覆的施工圖及經甲方認可的工程量清單為準；
(2)乙方應根據合同約定負責新建項目設施的投融資及建設，並在項目竣工驗收後，對新建項目設施進行運營與維護，提供符合合同約定標準及要求的公共服務，據此，乙方有權根據合同約定獲得項目的垃圾產生者付費、資源化再生產品銷售收入以及政府可行性缺口補貼。
(3)合作期屆滿或根據合同約定提前終止時，乙方應向甲方或甲方指定機構無償移交項目資產和相關權益，且移交的項目資產和相關權益應滿足約定的移交標準。
該項目為建築垃圾處理項目，該項目的承接符合公司“有機及固體廢棄物的資源化、無害化”的業務發展定位。未來，隨着該項目的成功建設和正式運行，其將進一步提升公司業績，進而提升公司競爭力。
此次聯合體成員國投生態環境投資發展有限公司、上海建工七建集團有限公司作為央企、國企下屬子公司，均具有較強的資金實力。公司與上述企業的合作，將從資金、技術、人員等各方面保證項目的順利履行。未來，公司也將繼續抓住機遇，加強與央企、國企合作，整合外部資源不斷拓展公司各項核心業務，持續提升公司經營業績。
