格隆匯4月12日丨每日互動(300766.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入5.38億元，同比減少0.18%；歸屬於母公司淨利潤1.09億元，同比減少56.19%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.02億元，同比下降55.35%；基本每股收益0.28元，擬每10股派發現金紅利0.5元(含税)。
公司作為專業的數據智能服務商，致力於數據讓產業更智能。公司深耕開發者服務，並以海量的數據積累和創新的技術理念，構建了移動開發、用户增長、品牌營銷、公共管理和智能風控等多領域的數據智能服務生態。
報告期內，公司營業收入同比基本穩定，收入進一步實現結構性優化，新技術與產品的研發投入持續加強，優秀人才儲備力度繼續加大。公司依據年初制定的經營計劃，致力於“數據讓產業更智能”，並在公共服務、風控服務等多個垂直領域取得了突破性的進展。報告期，公共服務與風控服務分別實現營業收入11135.83萬元與6,946.08萬元，較上年同期分別增長106.94%與150.90%。
報告期內，受宏觀經濟影響，互聯網行業廣告預算縮減，公司增長服務收入較上年同比有較大幅度減少，但在第四季度觸底反彈，收入大幅度回升。作為一家交叉融合了互聯網、大數據、人工智能和雲計算等多個新興產業的新經濟體，報告期，公司人工及研發投入同比增加了6394.45萬元，主要致力於人工智能、大數據處理等領域的科研工作和技術儲備，通過“兩院”+“事業部技術創新”相結合的方式，除了幫助公司在公共服務、風控服務等多個垂直領域取得了突破性的進展並實現相應模塊業務的大幅度增長之外，在多模態步態特徵研究、自然語言處理(NLP)內容精準篩選、利用知識圖譜及圖計算進行洞察、數據智能中台、大數據可視化、海量數據秒級聚集提取等方面的技術研究也取得了較大進展，這些成果將為公司“數據智能”新業務線的不斷拓展奠定堅實的技術基礎。
2019年12月，公司全資孫公司杭州雲盟的代理業務客户上海歡獸經營嚴重惡化，杭州雲盟根據預期信用損失對上海歡獸應收賬款7300多萬元全額計提減值損失，經審計機構審定確認，該事項對公司淨利潤影響為5507.47萬元。
綜合上述原因，公司2019年營業利潤、利潤總額、實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比下降，剔除上海歡獸孤立事件影響後，2019年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤比上年同期下降34.06%；另外，2019年全年降幅最大的增長服務在四季度也開始出現反彈，這也使得公司在四季度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4631.78萬元，同比降幅收窄到21.37%，環比增長近76.34%。
