格隆匯4月6日丨高山企業(00616.HK)發佈公告,2020年4月6日,公司全資附屬公司Success Edge Limited作為買方與吳桂東訂立買賣協議,據此,買方有條件同意根據買賣協議的條款及細則按代價收購及受讓Nice Able的銷售股份及股東貸款,代價為約8911.6萬港元。

根據順滿股份銷售協議及物業購買協議,Nice Able須按各約定分別收購順滿全部已發行股份及其貸款及吉席街物業。完成收購順滿及吉席街物業後,集團將分別擁有93號樓宇100%及95號樓宇約83.33%。

93號樓宇及95號樓宇於1962年落成。93號樓宇為一幢位於香港吉席街93號(亦稱為海旁地段245號A段的餘段)的六層高大廈,當中包括五個住宅單位和一個零售單位。95 號樓宇為一幢位於香港吉席街95號(亦稱為海旁地段245號A段的7分段)的六層高大廈,當中包括五個住宅單位和一個零售單位。93號樓宇及95號樓宇的銷售面積分別約為3,333平方尺(其附屬面積約為621平方尺)及約為4,015平方尺(其附屬面積約為704 平方尺),合計約為7,348平方尺(合計附屬面積約為1,325平方尺)。地盤的總註冊地盤面積約為2,182平方尺。

公司計劃尋求收購剩餘單位以擁有整幢95號樓宇作重建之用。倘若公司成功收購整幢95號樓宇,公司計劃拆卸93號樓宇及95號樓宇並將地盤重新發展為商業和/或住宅綜合發展項目,從而以最大限度地發展地盤。
