中裕燃氣(03633.HK)公佈年度業績 天然氣銷量升20.3%創歷史新高 純利4.84億港元及派息5港仙
格隆匯3月31日丨中裕燃氣(03633.HK)公佈截至2019年12月31日止年度業績，公司營業額81.44億港元，同比增長6.8%；期間毛利達19.1億港元，年內溢利達4.84億港元，擬派付末期股息每股5港仙。
營業額增長主要由於管道燃氣的銷售量及天然氣平均售價增加。
回顧2019年，集團支持國家鄉村振興戰略，繼續推進鄉村煤改氣，積極承擔社會責任。集團的煤改氣項目於2019年新增管道燃氣接駁住宅用户21.78萬户，連同工商業客户及常規居民項目，集團2019年新增用户45.11萬户，實現累積管道燃氣客户超過350萬户，為未來增長奠下堅實基礎。
2019年，集團擁有的燃氣項目達69個，覆蓋9個省份（包括自治區、直轄市）。2019年全年新增燃氣項目8個，其中收購項目6個，空白區域項目2個。除燃氣銷售外，集團2019年大力發展增值業務，以自有品牌中裕鳳凰進行燃氣具、保險、波紋管等多元化配套產品的銷售，銷售火爐及其他服務全年累計銷售額同比增加166.3%。
截至2019年12月31日，集團在9個省份有69個獨家燃氣項目，為約16,627個工商業客户及348.5萬户住宅用户提供服務。2019年天然氣總銷售量亦按年增長20.3%至194.4萬立方米，創歷史新高，三年按年複合增長達25.4%。公司的自家品牌中裕鳳凰也將增值業務推向新高，銷售火爐及其他服務的營業額增幅達166.3%。
公司表示，工業、商業及住宅用户對天然氣的強勁需求預期將在2020年持續。集團將深化其在覆蓋區域的滲透力，並專注發掘鄰近燃氣來源、財務狀況穩健及具潛力與現有業務產生良好協同效果的併購目標，從而帶來更多價值。憑藉國家能源體系持續改革，集團將密切關注供應鏈所現的機遇，並將迅速作出反應，奮力成為中國最具價值及競爭力的綜合智慧能源服務供應商之一。
