拉夏貝爾(06116.HK)2019年度營收下降24.94%至76.38億元
格隆匯3月31日丨拉夏貝爾(06116.HK)發佈全年業績,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司實現營業收入人民幣76.38億元,同比下降24.94%;淨虧損人民幣21.418億元,同比擴大975.30%;基本每股虧損人民幣3.75元。
公告表示,按新收入準則“總額法”口徑,公司2019年度實現營業收入人民幣76.4億元,較上年同期人民幣101.8億元減少人民幣25.4億元,同比下降24.94%。導致報告期收入同比下降的原因主要為:(1)公司主動實施戰略性收縮策略,報告期持續優化線下直營管道,關閉直營低效、虧損零售網點;截止2019年底,公司境內經營網點數量為4,878個,較2018年底9,269個淨減少4,391個,境內經營網點數量下降比例為47.37%。(2)受到消費增速放緩、實體店客流下降影響,報告期內公司線下直營網點銷售低於預期,同店比下降幅度為24.79%。(3)因暖冬天氣等因素影響,公司2019年四季度收入較上年同期大幅下滑39.11%,2019年四季度收入佔全年收入比例僅為24.63%。(4)受線上渠道衝擊及線下零售實體競爭加劇影響,公司百貨專櫃收入明顯下滑,2019年公司百貨專櫃收入為人民幣32.3億元,較上年同期減少人民幣16.7億元,同比下降34.08%,佔總收入的比重亦由48.08%降至42.23%。
2019年度公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損為人民幣20.5億元,較上年同期增加虧損人民幣18.9億元。2019年公司虧損的主要原因為:(1)為加速經營現金迴流,公司加大了往季貨品銷售及折扣力度,導致公司銷售毛利率同比明顯下降,該因素導致該報告期毛利額減少約人民幣6億元。(2)監於公司關店、同店下滑等影響導致全年銷售收入下滑該因素導致該報告期毛利額減少約人民幣16.6億元;因此2019年度集團整體毛利額較上年同期總額減少約人民幣22.6億元。(3)公司主動收縮聚焦,加快關閉虧損及低效門店,由於已關閉門店一次性確認裝修攤銷費用,導致虧損約人民幣1.7億元。(4)由於報告期內投資項目總體經營虧損以及公司處置投資項目導致公司報告期內損失約人民幣4.3億元。(5)2019年公司持續推進業務轉型調整及降本增效等舉措,該報告期公司租金成本及扣點、人工成本、物流費用等同比顯著下降,抵減了部分前述虧損因素的影響。
