利歐股份(002131.SZ)：7條平面口罩生產線已投產 日產生產能力約為50萬隻
格隆匯3月30日丨利歐股份(002131.SZ)公佈，為支持抗擊新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情，2020年2月6日，公司與温嶺市慈善總會簽署《抗擊疫情捐贈協議書》，公司向温嶺市慈善總會捐贈現金240萬元。其中，公司捐贈給温嶺市慈善總會240萬元款項中的200萬元將通過温嶺市慈善總會定向捐贈給“浙江大學教育基金會樹森•蘭娟院士人才基金”，專項用於支持該基金針對新型冠狀病毒開展研發和診療活動。剩餘資金將通過温嶺市慈善總會用於温嶺市防控疫情所需物資和經費。
除上述捐贈外，截至目前，公司已向温嶺市慈善總會捐贈70萬隻口罩，向温嶺市紅十字會捐贈30萬隻口罩，通過緬甸水泵代理向緬甸捐贈39.6萬隻口罩，通過南非水泵代理向南非捐贈11萬隻口罩，通過意大利台州商會向意大利捐贈3萬隻口罩，通過匈牙利駐上海領事館向匈牙利捐贈3萬隻口罩，向美國南加州大學凱克醫院捐贈10萬隻口罩，合計捐贈口罩166.6萬隻，合計價值人民幣349.84萬元，捐贈的口罩主要由公司投資建設的口罩生產線自行生產。
為有效貫徹“堅決打贏疫情防控阻擊戰的重要指示精神”，響應政府全力做好新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作要求，主動承擔相應社會責任；同時結合公司復工用工需要，2020年3月2日，公司投資設立全資子公司浙江利歐醫療器械有限公司(“利歐醫療器械公司”)，用於生產日用口罩(非醫用)和醫用口罩等醫療防護用品。此次項目投資內容包括口罩生產線、熔噴布生產線、殺菌設備、廠房改造等，累計投資不超過3000萬元。
公司此次共投資9條平面口罩生產線，2條N95口罩生產線，2條熔噴布生產線，所有生產線均為外購，並在外購設備的基礎上進行自主研發改造。全部投產後最大日生產能力約為100萬隻平面口罩，20萬隻N95口罩，1.5噸熔噴布。截止目前，7條平面口罩生產線已投產，日產生產能力約為50萬隻，產能處於上升階段。剩餘口罩生產設備將於近期陸續運抵温嶺生產基地並在安裝調試合格後投入生產。熔噴布生產線預計將在4月15日前全部投產。公司將視疫情的發展，決定後續是否進一步擴大產能。
根據温嶺市委、市政府相關的政策規定：“疫情防控期間，鼓勵有條件的企業轉產口罩，對企業轉產所投入的設備，按設備實際購置額(不含增值税)給予100%補助。”
公司產品已經獲得歐洲CE、美國FDA等相關認證，同時在國內通過了GB/T32610標準，YY/T0969標準的檢測。
銷售渠道：產品主要通過線上、線下市場渠道，國內國外相結合進行對外銷售，同時考慮政府採購。公司將充分利用國內500多家經銷商，國外140多個國家和地區的代理商進行線下銷售，並利用公司數字營銷業務方面的優勢，以海外電商及直播等方式進行線上銷售。
