格隆匯3月30日丨世茂房地產(00813.HK)公告,截至2019年12月31日止全年業績,營業額上升30.4%至人民幣1115.17億元(2018年:人民幣855.13億元)。酒店、商業運營、物業管理收入及其他增加35.2%至人民幣62.26億元。

年內核心業務淨利潤上升30.6%至約人民幣153.25億元(2018年:人民幣117.32億元)。年內股東應占核心業務淨利潤上升22.5%至約人民幣104.78億元(2018年:人民幣85.51億元),股東應占核心業務淨利潤率為14.1%。公司權益持有人應占利潤基每股盈利10分。董事會建議派發末期股息每股85港仙,連同中期股息每股60港仙,全年股息每股1.45港元,同比上升20.8%。

毛利額上升26.6%至人民幣341.31億元(2018年:人民幣269.49億元)。毛利率為30.6%。於2019年12月31日的淨負債率為59.7%。

2019年簽約額為人民幣2600.66億元,同比大幅上升47.6%。簽約面積由2018年的1068.7萬平方米同比大幅增加37.1%至2019年的1465.6萬平方米。

於2019年12月31日,集團的土地儲備約為7679萬平方米(權益前)。年內,集團增加土地儲備3092萬平方米(權益前),其中從金額來看收購佔比約65%,土地獲取方式靈活多樣。截至2019年12月31日,集團已進駐全國120個城市,旗下擁有349個項目,共7679萬平方米(權益前)的優質土地。優質土地資源及相對低廉的土地成,成為世茂房地產在全國重要市場未來數年業績的持續支撐。

於2019年12月31日,集團資金充裕,賬面現金約為人民幣596.23億元,未動用銀行及其他金融機構融資額度約為人民幣500.00億元。穆迪將集團的信用評級升至Ba1。
