北控清潔能源集團(01250.HK)年度實現營收達63.36億港元 毛利率顯著提升
格隆匯3月28日丨北控清潔能源集團(01250.HK)發佈年度業績，自2018年以來，集團一直着力於電力銷售及清潔供暖等毛利率較高及持續性較強的業務發展、優化現有項目質量、落實降本增效及降低毛利率較低的建造服務業務的比重。2019年度，集團實現營業收入63.356億港元，毛利率由去年同期的41.9%上升至45.7%；毛利總額則與去年同期持平。
年內，集團通過投資、開發、建造、營運及管理髮電站項目穩步擴大其經營規模，其有關電力銷售及提供委託經營服務的營業收入合計達約33.709億港元，較去年同期增長11%。年內有關集團電力銷售的總電力銷售量為約370萬兆瓦時(2018年：約289萬兆瓦時)，較去年同期增長28%。
報告期內，集團的集中式光伏發電業務通過自獨立第三方收購業務，及自主開發及建造光伏發電站穩步發展，自集團集中式光伏發電站所產生的電力銷售錄得營業收入約24.949億港元(2018年：約23.469億港元)，佔集團年內總營業收入的39%(2018年：34%)。於2019年12月31日，集團持有52座(2018年：51座)覆蓋中國12個省、1個直轄市及2個自治區的集中式光伏發電站，以及於澳大利亞南澳懷阿拉(Whyalla)持有的1座集中式光伏發電站已投入運營，該等光伏發電站的總併網容量達2,256兆瓦(2018年：2,074兆瓦)，
