格隆匯3月27日丨康特隆(01912.HK)公佈2019年年度業績,公司收入約為1.015億美元,按年增長約50.8%;毛利約為1150萬美元,按年增長約22.0%;毛利率下降19.1%至約11.3%;母公司擁有人應占核心純利(不含上市開支)為520萬美元,按年增長25.7%;每股基本及攤薄盈利為2.8港仙,不派息。
董事會建議按股東所持每10股現有股份派發1股紅股的基準發行紅股,但須於即將舉行的股東周年大會上獲得股東批准。
截至2019年12月31日止年度,移動設備及智能充電所得收入為7660萬美元,較去年增加121.5%,主要是由於全球範圍內尤其是中國的科技迅速進步及移動手機及物聯網設備等廣泛應用導致需求日益增長。
