上實發展(600748.SH):2019年度計提各項資產減值準備約3.05億元
格隆匯3月27日丨上實發展(600748.SH)公佈,根據企業會計準則及公司所執行會計政策的相關規定,以2019年12月31日為基準日,公司對各項存在預期信用損失或減值跡象的資產,結合相關資產的預期可回收狀況、被投資企業經營業績、存貨實際狀況及可變現情況、評估報告等資料,進行了預期信用損失測算和資產減值準備測試,並根據計算結果,於2019年度計提各項資產減值準備約3.05億元。
上述各類資產減值準備的計提共減少公司2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2.95億元。
